Pricing
We currently have limited in-network participation with Cigna and Curative Health Plan for nutrition services. For all other insurance plans, we remain a self-pay practice, which allows us to provide high-quality, individualized care without insurance-imposed limitations.
Insurance companies often require restrictive diagnoses, frequent re-authorizations, and predetermined limits on care that do not reflect the realities of complex medical and nutrition-related conditions. By remaining largely out-of-network, we are able to provide medically appropriate, ethical, and continuous care without interference from third-party payers.
We can provide you with a superbill upon request that can be submitted to your insurance company. Please contact your insurance directly with questions about reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Although we do not participate with most insurance plans, our services are HSA and FSA eligible. This allows you to use pre-tax healthcare dollars to cover the cost of treatment.
Labs, EKGs, and any imaging will be billed to your insurance directly by the lab or imaging center.
Nutrition Visits:

$185 (45 minutes)Parent & Team Communication: Calls and/or Zoom meetings with parents, athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, and/or other care team members are billed at $245/hour, prorated in 15-minute increments.

$595 (60 minutes Nutrition + 50 minutes Medical)Available to new patients only. Appointments must be scheduled within 14 days of each other.
